- Ensure compliance with state and federal employer requirements
- Address patient concerns and complaints, both from a billing and customer service aspect
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in supervising medical or dental clinics
- Proficiency with Athena EMR (preferred) or similar medical office management systems
- Strong knowledge of human resources practices within healthcare settings
- Familiarity with managed care protocols and insurance billing procedures
