Job Overview:

As a Documentation and Product Development Specialist at Del Medical, you will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining high-quality documentation for our state-of-the-art medical X-ray devices and imaging software. You will lead initiatives to enhance the quality of publication content, manage the Engineering Change process, and contribute to the success of our product development projects. Proficiency in photography and image processing is a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities:

• • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Del Medical's medical X-ray devices and imaging software.
  • Provide clear instructions for installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
  • Spearhead initiatives to elevate the quality and clarity of our publication content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline documentation processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead the Engineering Change process, overseeing the review, approval, and implementation of changes.
  • Ensure timely updates to documentation and conduct impact assessments for proposed changes.
  • Contribute to the conceptualization, planning, and execution of product development projects.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to align documentation with the product development lifecycle.
  • Capture high-quality images for documentation, adhering to Del Medical's imaging requirements.
  • Apply image processing techniques to enhance visual representation in documentation materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing technical documentation for medical devices and software.
• Familiarity with Del Medical's product line is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Engineering Change processes and product development lifecycle.
• Have solid working knowledge with Adobe FrameMaker, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Proficiency in photography and image processing tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
