Position Summary
We are seeking a Demand Writer to join our team and support our mission by drafting compelling, evidence-backed demand letters for clients with personal injury cases. Reporting to an attorney-led team, this role requires excellent research, writing, and analytical skills to summarize medical records and present strong arguments that reflect the severity of our clients' injuries and the strength of our case.

Responsibilities

• Draft persuasive demand letters supported by medical evidence and legal arguments.
• Review and summarize medical records accurately and concisely.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure letters align with case strategies and reflect core values.
• Balance high-quality writing with a fast-paced workflow to meet weekly goals.

Minimum Qualifications

• High degree of work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfort with reviewing medical records on catastrophic injuries.
• Willingness to provide a representative writing sample and complete a writing prompt as part of the hiring process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
