We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training

- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints

- Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety regulations

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock

- Implement effective cost-control measures to maximize profitability

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and update menu offerings

- Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met

- Provide leadership and guidance to assistant managers and other staff members

Requirements:

- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field is required

- Strong knowledge of food service operations

- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

- Culinary background or experience is a plus
