Manages the members services program, distributes newsletters and other publications, sends renewal notices to expiring members, and maintains membership databases. Being a Membership Associate - Museum promotes membership renewals and marketing efforts. Provides reports to top management on membership statistics and trends. Additionally, Membership Associate - Museum may require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
