The Role

You will make outbound calls on service invoices and leads not sold in the field and do whatever is necessary to achieve department sales goals. This position will report directly to the General Manager.

Job Duties

• Renewing all service plans.
• Controlling service plan churn through updating credit card EFT payments.
• Sending welcome emails and mailed letters to all new members.
• Converting free service plans into paying memberships.
• Following up on all unsold estimates greater than $3,500.
• Utilizing CRM system follow-up to track all progress for service plans and unsold estimates.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Must possess exceptional customer service skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Word and Excel.

• Experience utilizing Financing.

• Possess 3 years of work-related experience.
