About us
Penn Home Health is a family owned company located in the heart of Cambria and Indiana Counties. We pride ourselves in taking care of our employees, thereby allowing our passionate professionals to provide the best care to our patients.
Full-Time Home Health Registered Nurse
Our RN’s provide care in the patient's home environment as part of a multidisciplinary team, including RN, LPN, PT, OT, speech, social work and home health aides. Our RN’s will provide direct, one on one patient care, clinical assessments, venipuncture and wound care (if necessary) and will also supervise care provided by aides. We rely heavily on technology; email is a primary means of communication and the RN will use an iPad to complete documentation in an electronic medical record. Your employment with Penn Home Health will begin with company paid orientation, where a seasoned preceptor will be assigned to you for mentoring, to ensure that you are well prepared when you begin on your own. Working in home health provides an endless variety of settings, scenery, and clinical challenges, and provides a unique opportunity to work within the real life environments of our patients, bringing meaningful change to their lives.
Penn Home Health has been serving patients in Indiana and the surrounding 9 counties since 2004, as a locally, family owned company. We are looking for individuals to join our family, where we believe that it is our responsibility to “take care of our caregivers, to take the best care of our patients!”. If you are looking to expand your clinical skills and work in an environment that truly makes a difference in your patients’ lives each and every day, we would love to talk to you!
