Merchandise Execution - Owns in-stock levels through merchandising replenishment activities, Radio Frequency Identification tasks and inventory accuracy updates - Owns the SET process, champions high standards for presentation and maintenance of store during operating hours - Assists with the door to floor Put to Fixture process to ensure merchandise is placed on the floor in a timely manner achieving company productivity guidelines - Actively walks the floor and strategizes with Sales Floor Supervisors and associates to plan and execute all merchandising and visual elements - Interprets company merchandise direction and applies key strategies in a manner that drives sales based on local opportunities - Oversees and maintains all fitting room and sales floor recovery processes to ensure a clean and organized store environment
Omnichannel - Leads associates responsible for store fulfillment of customer online orders, specifically Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS), Ship from Store (SFS), and Curbside Pickup orders - Demonstrates customer service behaviors consistently to ensure customers receive BOPIS, SFS, and Curbside Pickup orders accurately and within the expected time period - Achieves productivity targets by reviewing available reports and metrics to identify opportunity items and developing action plans - Monitors and shifts resources based on order volume to ensure customer orders are completed on time - Audits Enterprise Fulfillment orders to ensure accuracy of orders, drive customer experience and minimize shrink
door to floor / RFID / Inventory - Manages the inventory counts and update process to ensure accurate in-stock information for customers - Oversees Radio Frequency Identification program and performs system uploads ensuring efficient and accurate updates to stock ledger - Owns the door to floor process end to end; achieves productivity target by setting goals and monitoring pace of work - Provides guidance to Operations Supervisor & team to prepare merchandise in a timely manner
Pricing & Signing - Manages and engages pricing and signing team and the promotional price signing process within the store - Manages the Operations team to complete price changes accurately and on time in order to maximize sales - Manages re‐ticketing and re‐packaging execution - Submits weights and measures audit results and addresses any noted issues
Store Operations - Owns the completion of all pricing and signing processes including workload planning, weights and measures, price changes and re-ticketing - Owns all stockroom processes including overall organization and work safety initiatives - Owns receiving, shipping and reverse logistics including all third-party carrier processes (FedEx, UPS, etc.) - Partners with the Operations Supervisor to review and fill out the Support Workload Tool to plan Operations Team hours - Oversees Cash Office tasks including CASHMAN - Responsible for facility equipment maintenance and repairs and overall building maintenance Stockroom Activities - Oversees standards in stockroom areas to ensure a safe work environment and enables efficient execution of support processes - Owns receiving, shipping and reverse logistics for merchandise including partnerships with mail carriers (i.e., UPS, FedEx, etc.) - Oversees all Merchandise Transfer Out (MTO), Return to Vendor and Return to Warehouse activities - Manages the Defective MTO (DMTO) process ensuring proper and timely execution of all DMTO’s to ensure integrity of inventory and prevent shrink
Team Development - Partners with the Assistant Manager of Customer Experience or Customer Experience Supervisor to source and hire talent - Actively walks the store and coaches in the moment to enhance each supervisor’s ability to execute, as well as develop their own respective teams - Plans, coordinates and delivers store training programs to associates, partnering with the HR/Cashier Supervisor to review progress for company and/or role specific on-boarding and training - Maintains notes / observations of each associate’s strengths and opportunities - Takes action on performance and policy issues within the team - Administers the Productivity Standards Program
Performance Standards - Drives company shrink and safety initiatives - Consistently meets established performance standards for the role, including (but not limited to) product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
