Job Purpose: Assist in day-to-day tasks associated with the procurement department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Essential Requirements:

• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma and 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A.A.degree in Business, Construction, or other relevant field of study; or 1 year of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain administration.
• Experience working with ERP systems. Deltek Costpoint knowledge a huge plus.
• Working proficiency in Spanish.

Working Conditions:

• Primarily office
• Occasional travel may be required.
