Dixon is looking for a Buyer-Sales Assistant to join our team in Pewaukee, WI! The Buyer-Sales Assistant will support all activities related to procurement, inventory management and sales quotation. This will include obtaining quotations, calculating lead times and prices, placing purchase orders, tracking orders, and assisting with inventory count activities. Also support part number creation by assuring parts are entered into the DDS system accurately and in a timely manner. Assist with Purchasing and Sales related projects as required. Manage various daily and weekly reports including Delivery Date Accuracy, Open Orders, Cancelled Orders, and Logility reports.

• SF Factory Order Back-Up
• BOM/Part Number Entry into DDS
• Solicit Vendor Quotes
• CSR Assistance through Smartsheet
• Generate reports from the system
• DDA Report Management
• Custom Part Quoting
• Margin Analysis
• Purchasing Back-Up
• PO Acknowledgements - Domestic Purchasing
• Vendor Database Management
• Foreign Purchasing Back-Up
• Supply Chain QC Tasks
• Surveys, Communication
• Assist with Standard Cost Rolls
• Past Due PO Follow-Up
• Manage/Clean-Up Shared File Folders (X/V Drives)
• Vendor Communication
• Price calculations based on Standard Costs
