Merchandiser Stocker jobs in South Bend, IN

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable inventory stocker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient stockroom, ensuring that products are available for customers to purchase. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Manage and maintain inventory control, including stocking shelves.

- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure that products are available and that customer needs are met.

- Perform heavy lifting and bending duties, as necessary.

- Assist with sales and promotions, including setting up displays and stocking merchandise.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment that ensures the compliance storage of all items in an operational manner.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to stand/walk for entire shift.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

*Must be at least 21 years of age as required by the Cannabis Regulatory Association*

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
