Who are you?

You are detailed oriented with strong financial analysis skills. You think critically and communicate clearly through email and your financial files. You can handle a variety of tasks and work on multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver superior service to external and internal teams, including but not limited to Account Team, Client Services, Production and Finance
• Support Account Team with preparation for client quarterly ordering portal launches; responsibilities include but not limited to quarterly portal setup, SKU assignment, image management, budget preparation, proofreading
• Responsible for oversight of On Demand items and ordering site
• Prepare internal/external reporting documents as requested by account team
• Assist with preparation of templates for bulk orders and upload to IMS system
• Proactive resolution for client issues or concerns
• Provide follow up support for other team members and assist in various special assignments as needed
• Manage daily warehouse receiving and item nonconformance issues

The skills and experience you have

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; higher-education degree preferred
• 1-4 years of experience in agency, ASI, or marketing services industry
• Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and manage priorities under tight timelines
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks effectively and efficiently
• Critical thinking, strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and requests
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
