Staff Finders Inc. is actively seeking a qualified Compliance Analyst to support our client's Talent Acquisition and compliance efforts. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in OFCCP compliance, audit processes, and the ability to work seamlessly within established guidelines. This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with federal regulations while supporting various reporting and audit functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run candidate pool reports to support EEO-1 and AAP reporting requirements.
• Assist with talent acquisition audit requests to ensure full compliance.
• Provide compliance support for Region 4, including outreach efforts, data collection, and adherence to OFCCP regulations such as pay transparency, labor posters, and disability accommodations.
• Research and handle inquiries related to compliance, working closely with Legal and consulting teams.
• Manage permanent residency requisitions.
• Generate routine reports such as Open Requisition and DP Posting Reports.
• Audit Talent Acquisition processes to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3 years of experience with OFCCP compliance guidelines.
• Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition and Compliance support.
• Ability to follow established process documentation with strong attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, particularly in creating pivot tables.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
