Organizes and assigns the workload for the team and ensures that work is completed timely and accurately. Being a Merchant Chargeback Supervisor coordinates the training of the team members. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Merchant Chargeback Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
