Come join our Clinical Supervisor team and oversee our Case Management, Adult Rehabilitation Mental Health Services, and Peer Support Programs!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates review of clinical records to assure that internal and external standards are met. 
• Orient and train new staff on the clinical documentation.
• Facilitates Integrated Clinical Consultation meetings and offers treatment recommendations.
• Reviews Commitment, Guardianship and Vulnerable Adult reports.
• Provides Treatment Supervision, direction and oversight for each client served.
• Staff cases prior to discharge and consult on the discharge plan.
• Oversees compliance, regulations and the certification process.
• Offers guidance and education to staff on Treatment, Care Management, Medicaid documentation and ethical issues.
• Provide crisis assistance consultation within designated time frames.
• Provides back up for other mental health professionals as needed.
• Provide observation of staff in individual and group settings both on-site and in the community.

Qualifications

Requirements and Qualifications

• Master's in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work
• Independent professional licensure in the State of MN (LP, LPCC, LMFT, or LICSW) required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Two years of experience working in a multi-disciplinary mental health setting is desired.
• Valid Driver's License and Proof of Auto Insurance
