Being a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst develops projections, reports, and presentations of the impact of a merger/acquisition on the organization. Performs financial forecasting and modeling. Additionally, Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst prepares required documentation. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings. Assists with project management activities. Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. We are in search of a Credit Analyst I, II or III to join our Washington Lending and Insurance department in Pasco, Washington. This full-time position reports to the SVP of Credit and assists in providing sound, constructive credit and related services, typically supporting average to above average loan portfolios involving simple to moderately complex credits.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period.
Compensation Information
The base salary range for this position in Pasco, Washington is:
Level I: $63,000 - $95,000; bonus at target is 10% of salary.
Level II: $69,000 - $105,000; bonus at target is 12% of salary.
Level III: $76,000 - $119,000; bonus at target is 15% of salary.
