As a Social Worker with IRC, you will be responsible for:

• Assist with planning, development, and help with organizing social service programs that meet our resident-directed goals
• Provide intensive and/or continuing counseling and support to residents for their particular needs
• Collaborate with the team to meet the individual psychosocial needs of our residents 
• Strong computer skills and social skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
