Job Description:

The Environmental Services Director will be responsible for overseeing the environmental services department and ensuring that all facilities are maintained in a clean and safe manner. The Director will be responsible for managing a team of environmental services staff and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to environmental services, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

The Director will be expected to be flexible and available to be on-call as needed. The Director will also be responsible for managing the department budget and ensuring that all expenses are within budgetary constraints.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
