Position Summary

Provide prompt and efficient service to brokers as liaison between underwriters, appraisal reviewers, account managers, account executives, and closers. Manage assigned pipelines, queues, & reports to ensure timely and efficient action. Work closely with Operations to request and validate documentation to properly satisfy loan requirements.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage assigned pipeline/queue to ensure adherence to company lending and service standards.
• Communicate with vendors to facilitate requests for loan requirements.
• Provide support for brokers on orders, payment research, & account management.
• Maintain clear, consistent line of communication between the broker, underwriter, Acct. Managers, and Account Executives.
• Remain current on company requirements andensure compliance. ‍

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Strong organization and communication skills
• Basic understanding of residential mortgage loan terminology, credit process and documentation.
• Abilityto maintain quality control standards while maintaining production expectations defined by the company
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, assume multiple tasks and establish priorities to meet service standards
• Functional knowledge of Encompass software.
• Provide industry leading service to our Broker Partners and Account Executives

Physical and Work Conditions

Standard office environment, equipment, and tasks, including work at a computer terminal. This position requires partial sitting and walking throughout the day. Employees must be open to working overtime to complete assigned tasks.
