Position Overview:

As a Junior Engineer, you will play a vital role in the planning, design, and execution of our construction projects. You will work closely with our senior engineers and project managers and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the engineering process. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or entry-level engineer to kickstart their career and develop a strong foundation in the construction and engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the senior engineering team in all stages of project design, planning, and execution
• Conduct research and gather data to assist in the development of engineering plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify engineering designs
• Participate in site visits to gather information and ensure project progress and safety
• Perform site calculations and analyze data to ensure accuracy in project designs
• Communicate with project managers and other team members to provide updates and reports on project progress
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination on project deliverables
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices, and apply them to project designs and plans
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of engineering.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 4 years of experience in a similar role, or relevant internships
• Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Knowledge of construction and engineering principles and practices.
  
  

Salary: $42.000 to $55,000 yearly
