Cleveland Mixer designs and manufactures engineered industrial equipment for a variety of industries. We are seeking a mechanically inclined person to be a critical member of the manufacturing team.

Ideal Background:

• You pride yourself on your ability to fix things; that is, you have excellent mechanical aptitude.
• Previous assembly experience or work history in machinery repair and maintenance.
• Skilled in problem solving, specifically fixing machines or figuring out a better way to do standard operations.
• Previous colleagues can speak to your dedication to safety, organizational skills, and ability to keep work area orderly and clean.
• Work in a team like manner with engineering, machining and welding personnel to complete subassemblies on time and within quality standards.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Physical ability: Capable of standing for 6 hrs per day and lifting 25 lbs unassisted.
• Candidates experienced in 5S, Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing are strongly favored
• Military Veterans, Active/Reserve Duty personnel strongly urged to apply.
• Candidates must be drug free and have no criminal record.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
