Mission
Customer support is our number one priority. The account manager is the lifeline between the client and our company. This representative is responsible for establishing, building, and maintaining a relationship with the client. Through this relationship, the account manager will get to know the client on a different level, allowing them to understand the client’s needs before they do and suggest the correct course of action.
We are looking to hire a professional Account Manager with experience, preferably experience in Marketing/Online Marketing. This person will take accounts over once they have been established by our sales team and provide a WOW experience to the client. This is a remote position where you can work from home and you must be able to work 8am-5pm MST
Outcomes
Monthly updates to clients (email and phone) – analyze reports, offer insights, keep their marketing plan on track
Call tracking – manage, monitor, oversee in order to prove ROI to clients
Form relationships with clients, be someone they can count on
Communicate client needs to web development & SEO teams.
Up-sell 1-2 clients every quarter by utilizing the tools we provide. When additional services can provide additional company growth, it’s not really sales.
