We are looking for Bakery - Production staff for all positions at our Bangor bakery - Fryer Operators, Yeast Line Operators and Finishers to produce exceptional bakery products according to Dunkin' Brands standards.Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Ability to scale, weigh, measure and mix all of the necessary ingredients to produce cake dough. Load and operate donut machine. Produce cake rings, cake munchkins and product as required. Fill, frost, and apply toppings per Dunkin’ Donuts specifications. Ensure all toppings and coatings are clean and available throughout the shift. Check filling weights by variety. Finish the required quantity of each variety to fulfill all store orders in a timely manner. Record shortages, overages, and communicate discrepancies to Finishing Supervisor & Plant Manager. Clean and sanitize the utensils and equipment relevant to the cake production. Report to work on time in a clean, complete uniform, maintaining good personal hygiene. Perform according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety guidelines throughout the production shift Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures.
