Additionally, Mortgage Closer ensures all documents are sent to appropriate departments and are in compliance with all regulations. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Mortgage Closer works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.     Description            

    • Initial contact with the customer and assessment of water & fire damage.
    • Estimating scope of the water & fire damage.
    • Securing the project (sales).
    • Directly instructing and supervising Shambaughs Cleaning & Restoration personnel.
    • Ensuring project work meets the highest standards of workmanship.
    • Provide the highest level of customer service at all times.
    • Representation on Shambaughs Cleaning & Restoration emergency mitigation on-call management rotation.
    • Communication with insurance adjusters and Shambaughs Cleaning & Restoration staff.

    Qualifications 

    • In home sales experience preferred.
    • Must be confident with the ability to close the deal.
    • Must be a great rapport builder who understands the need for trust building in the sales environment.
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Must have a clean driving record and background check.
    • Project Manager Experience is a plus.
    • Customer services oriented sales professional.
