- As a Bar Supervisor your compensation will be $29.54 per hour.
What you'll do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during their day. This will include recognizing all In-House and VIP guests, building and strengthening relationships with our guests, ensure all side work, stations and breaks are organized, all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best and personalized experience.
- You’ll also ensure our service standards are upheld and will assist team members to complete any necessary task. Bar supervisors may have some administrative work such as completing all voids, comps, and transfers, and using the hotel operating systems. In addition, our Bar Supervisors host our daily shift meetings, and report daily shift operations with any necessary follow up.
- Our values of, Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Bar Supervisor you’ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
- Sometimes our guests have special requests involving dietary restrictions, location preferences, reservation inquiries, and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Bar Supervisors.
- Our hotels are truly luxury hotels. This requires preventing and correcting the imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up. Our Bar Supervisors are relied upon to report these and work with several other positions to correct.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, and hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and stand for up to 8 hours. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
