WE ARE SEEKING A LOAN ASSISTANT.
The Loan Assistant will be responsible for routine support for the loan department and Market President. The Loan Assistant will follow loan policy, process loan payments, and loan advances for customers. Additional responsibilities will include reviewing loan documents for processing and assisting in uploading completed loan documents, monitoring, and assisting in clearing loan policy exceptions. Complete and file supporting loan information such as Lien Entry and UCC documents. Gather borrower financial and credit information. Prepare memorandums as requested by Market President, assist with meetings, and close loan transactions when necessary. Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone, e-mail, fax, correspondence, or in person.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
High school diploma or equivalent, working knowledge of standard computer software programs, strong financial skills, and two years’ work experience in banking or comparable field.
