Purpose of Position: Responsible for administering all tasks related to funding and disbursing loans in Dort Financial Credit Union’s real estate loan portfolio.  

Minimum Formal Education: Graduate from a Senior High School. 

Experience: 

• Minimum one year experience in mortgage servicing preferred
• Knowledge of all Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of FNMA/FHLBI Guidelines
• In-depth knowledge of FHA and MSHDA guidelines
• Seasoned knowledge of Mortgage Lending is preferred.
