Mortgage Loan Servicing Clerk, Sr. jobs in Cincinnati, OH

Guardian Savings Bank is looking for a highly motivated and aggressive sales professional with lending experience to help grow our online lending platform as a Mortgage Loan Servicing Representative. In this role, you will provide phone support to customers, branches, and employees. Additional duties include, processing payments, payoffs, researching customer problems and questions and other department defined tasks as determined by management. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS 

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• Minimum 1 year mortgage experience, required; emphasis in mortgage lending documents, preferred
• Minimum 1 year of previous customer service experience, required
• Working knowledge Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word and Outlook), required
• Available to work overtime to meet deadlines when required
