Mortgage Operations Specialist jobs in Omaha, NE

Responsibilities of the Operations Specialist include, but are not limited to:

• Work directly with CSM & CSR’s to manage/process/expedite customer orders
• Developing, documenting, and implementing processes
• Coordinating and executing training sessions for end-users with Sales Team
• Assisting CSM with measuring operational performance through reporting and communicating with staff
• Special projects that may include working in a team environment to efficiently improve Service Center
• Work with DXP site to analyze and improve operational efficiencies
• Organize stockroom and show room changes and manage bin locations and inventory
• Make deliveries and site visits to customers
• Front counter sales
• Coordinating and assisting with branch daily operations

Qualifications of the Operations Specialist include, but are not limited to:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial distribution
• Profit 21 (P21) experience (highly desirable)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency and accuracy

Additional Information:

Physical Demand: Ability to lift up to 40lbs

Working Conditions: Majority indoor with occasional visits onsite to customers
Training/Certifications: N/A
Shift Time/Overtime: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm / 7 am – 4 pm
Travel: Occasional
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
