Deposit Operations Specialist

Citizens Savings Bank, a local Community Bank, is seeking to hire a Full Time Deposit Operations Representative II.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for performing more complex alternating duties in the review, processing, and ongoing maintenance of deposit accounts and eBanking services. In accordance with established department policies and procedures provide professional and timely customer service in addressing inquiries from customers and bank personnel. Assist in the development and implementation of special processes, projects and operational programs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field.
• Two years of deposit operations experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Including Military experience).
• Customer service focused; detail oriented with the ability to multi-task independently.
• Strong knowledge of banking deposit operations and various policies and procedures
• Solid organizational, accounting, and time management skills.
• Professional phone presence and excellent communication skills (written and verbal in English)
• Proficient reading and mathematical skills
• Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel), email and Internet applications.
• Ability to operate telephone, personal computer/printer workstation, calculator, teller unit, fax/scanner/copy machines, and postage machine.

Job Location and Hours

500 S. State Street, Clarks Summit PA 18411

Position will work approximately 35 hours Monday - Friday. Scheduled hours may vary and are subject to change based upon department needs.
