Quality Assurance Specialist
A specialized manufacturing company in Dover, NH is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist with at least five years of experience for their team. This direct-hire position includes great benefits such as 100% company-paid health and dental insurance premiums for you and your family.
Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Specialist

• Perform quality assurance audits on a regular basis
• Train employees on quality processes
• Assist other departments in root cause investigations
• Communicate with customers on issues, as needed
• Maintain standard operating procedures
• Manage supplier information
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications of the Quality Assurance Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical related position
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Capable of performing visual inspection
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of medical device industry standards
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; ERP experience a plus
