As a Quality Assurance (QA) Assistant, you will help us maintain the accuracy, integrity, and quality of our study-related data and processes. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented to keep our clinic and research trials running smoothly and efficiently. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Typical Job Functions
· Compare work product to established standards and guidelines to ensure accuracy
· Review study binders, promptly identify deficiencies, and provide constructive feedback
· Investigate and/or report any Quality errors or deviations to the Quality Manager
· Assist the Quality Manager with external audits (Sponsor, FDA, IRB, etc.) as needed
· Participate in internal audits as a member of the quality team
· Interact with study monitors during on-site visits
· Participate in and help facilitate quality training to the staff, if needed
· Collaborate and provide support to other QA Assistants when needed
What you need to have:
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and verify the accuracy of data and information
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain precise records
· Working knowledge of software programs including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Outstanding organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Even better if you have:
· Prior experience in Quality Control, Document Management, or related field
· Prior experience working in a medical environment
· Prior experience working in a regulated industry
