Motion Graphic Designer conceptualizes, designs, develops and executes 2D and 3D motion graphics and animations for web, mobile, and other digital platforms. Utilizes sketches, storyboards and animatics to develop concepts. Being a Motion Graphic Designer creates complex graphics, animation, and video content. Works with UI designers and developers to integrate graphics into the overall design of projects. Additionally, Motion Graphic Designer proficient with a variety of visual and audio design and editing tools. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in art, design or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Motion Graphic Designer work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Job Description
The ideal candidate will have an exceptional visual design aesthetic, as well as a high curiosity for cross channel design. Responsible for delivering effective, eye-catching, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for websites, landing pages, email templates, social media, and banner ads.- Hybrid location requirements. Twice a week in office.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related fieldMinimum 2-3 years of working experienceProficient with Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, InDesign)A strong design portfolio that reflects creativity and an understanding of basic design principlesUnderstanding of current trends on social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.Understanding of digital & email marketing (Ecommerce experience is a plus)Must be creative, thoughtful and forward-thinking.Must be both an independent worker and a strong team playerMust be organized, hard-working and able to manage and stick to a schedulePreferred Requirements
Strong written communication skillsProficient in website design or front end developing (Knowledge of responsive design is desired)Experience in photographyExperience in marketing or a related fieldsAdditional Information
