Contract Duration : 18 Months

Required Skills & Experience

• Financial services background.
• Excel experience is very valuable in this role.
• 6 months of Loan Workout or Commercial Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Root cause analysis.
• Understanding credit cards, that is the main department.
• Payment research.
• Litigation exposure specifically civil procedure.
• Partnering with 3rd party law firms.
• Working independently and being resourceful.
• Enterprise / corporate environment background.

What You Will Be Doing

• Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Loan Workout.
• Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Loan Workout.
• Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide information to client personnel in Loan Workout.
