Job Title: Physical Therapist - $10,000 Sign-on Bonus

Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. Split between mornings and evenings. Flexibility with schedule; will further discuss schedule during interview.)

Job Location: 118-35 Queens Boulevard, Forest Hills, NY (Queens; outpatient clinic)

Responsibilities

Physical Therapist responsibilities include ...

• Assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses.
• Devising creative treatment plans for individuals suffering from injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases.
• Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person.
• Helping patients restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
• Encouraging patients along the road to recovery.
• Medical Specialties at the clinic include orthopedics.
• Mainly Adults outpatient caseload, with >15 y/o with ortho injuries at times.

Qualifications

• NYS Physical Therapist License
• Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
• Basic computer skills
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Familiar with treating orthopedics population, neck pain, back pain, and post operative knee/hip/shoulder.

Salary Description

$80,000.00 - $106,000.00 (commensurate with experience)
