Being a Motorcycle Mechanic/Repairer may have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Motorcycle Mechanic/Repairer relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. Pay
$16.50/hr is the starting base pay. Performance / attendance based incentives are paid in addition.
$20.50-$25 /hr is the starting pay including incentives (Including incentives, if you are making less than $20.50/hr total, you are not the type of worker who would be successful here anyway). Most of our entry level workers earn $5-$7/hr in incentives. Our top performers earn in the range of $7 /hr in incentives.
