WHAT WE DO 

Our corporate teams support our family of brands through managing the “back office” work so the team members who support in the production of our products can focus on making great tasting, innovative quality craft beverages. Our shared services team is made up by accounting/finance, human resources, marketing, and sales, who are all skilled in their space and share a love of craft beverages.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Multimedia Specialist will be responsible for taking photos, creating videos and motion graphics that support the strategic brand vision of our brands. The Multimedia Specialist will execute forward thinking photography, motion graphics and video projects for our craft brands, taprooms, distributor and wholesale partners and on-premise accounts.

The Multimedia Specialist establishes and adheres to standards and shooting techniques to ensure smooth operation and consistent quality in support of our brand’s photo and video production across all platforms. This individual must have the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline- driven environment with ever-changing priorities, as business needs dictate.

Reports to: Creative Manager

• Manage and complete the creation of all photography of brand packaging, creative brand portraits, taprooms, food offerings, retail items, brewery operations and more.
• Manage and complete the creation of all videos and motion graphics for brand promotion and campaign support.
• Partners with Creative Manager and Brand Teams to facilitate the timely and accurate production of images and videos as assigned within project management system.
• Manage concept and theme development including copywriting, script development, leading on camera interviews.
• Manage and complete the creation of all photography and video projects used for internal purposes such as training and onboarding.
• Style, prep, clean, and ensure the product is in its most presentable form prior to Must be comfortable styling food, packaged liquid and more.
• Provide on-site photography for on and off-site brewery events.
• Manage the YouTube accounts of our brands.
• Ensures accurate and consistent implementation of digital tech standards specific to file naming, Metadata, color accuracy and back-up conventions.
• Maintain photo and video equipment.
• Research equipment and make recommendations for future upgrades.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
• Other studio duties as assigned – can include, but not limited to - monitor calibration; testing new standards and techniques; training new hires.
• Cultivate internal and external industry relationships.
• Serve as an ambassador of our brands by building an extensive knowledge of brand offerings and company history.
• Research market trends to ensure our brands are pushing the envelope in the photographic and video realm.
• Other business related duties as assigned.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s Degree in Photography or Video Production.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in related photography/video agency or inhouse team preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in both video production, photography and motion graphics required.
• Expert knowledge of lighting, good composition, and color correction required.
• Expert knowledge of photo and video equipment and maintenance required.
• Expert Knowledge of Adobe Premier, After Effects, Lightroom and Photoshop required.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Strong understanding of a wide variety of camera equipment, gear, lenses and lighting equipment required to support our brands’ needs.
• Ability to work on multiple photography and video set-ups per day both on and off site.
• Ability to work independently within the scope of assigned projects.
• Ability to manage and direct on camera personalities.
• Self-starter that is comfortable as a “roll up your sleeves” member of the team.
• Strong prioritization, decision-making and time management skills with the ability to maintain excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in working with large cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced and vibrant marketing team.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator in relation to After Effects a plus.
• Familiarity converting projects from Final Cut Pro to Adobe Premier a plus.
• Graphic design and typographic abilities a plus.
• Proficient in Mac environment.
• Demonstrated skills in creative copywriting.
• Must be comfortable receiving and providing constructive critiques.
• Exceptional verbal and presentation abilities.
• Strong work ethic, flexibility and ability to multi-task in fast-paced food and beer category.
• Candidate must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to travel. Travel will likely be 30% of the time.
• Some weekend availability required.
