This position is primarily responsible for providing quality technical and operational support for all network technologies of the organization. Specifically, this role manages and supports our local and wide area networks, wired and wireless infrastructure, our data circuits, and all physical servers and virtual hosts. The emphasis of this position is ensuring system availability, reliability, efficiency, security, and the development and maintenance of related quality standards. We are looking for an individual to join our team who is not only technically skilled, but who also has excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with different teams to make certain issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate is able to work efficiently and productively with little supervision and works well with a diverse base of employees throughout the organization. Qualifications: BS in Computer Science preferred, or equivalent experience, 3 years of prior advance network support-related experience, 5 years of experience in a financial services organization preferred, 5 or more years in a bank technical environment is preferred, Certifications from Network and a CCNA, Extensive knowledge of Microsoft’s Active Directory and Network Domains, Experience working with Microsoft 365, Extensive knowledge of IP Telephony, Extensive knowledge of LANs and WANs, Certifications with network administration, must have a solid understanding of computer technologies, software applications, and an ability to learn and to understand technical processes and issues and solutions with ease, demonstrated specific experience with network administration, software troubleshooting, and help desk administration. Location: This is an on-site position in west Lebanon, NH that will require some local travel between our locations, and also requires the CCNA Networking certification.
