The Network and Computer Systems Administrator will support all facets of Corporate IT and satellite locations across the country including desktop/application support, network support with a focus on cyber security, company telephone system, as well as participation in technology planning. Also responsible for supporting, collaboratively creating, and successfully implementing department and corporate strategic IT initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Opus management and other key personnel to ensure implementation of information technology priorities.
- Build effective professional and partnering relationships with Opus personnel at all levels of the organization.
- Active participation and support of information technology across Opus business units.
- Manage Corporate IT infrastructure assets.
- Monitor and support cyber security monitoring tools and liaison with 3rd party cyber security provider. Investigate and remediate identified vulnerabilities.
- Administer and manage the IT budget within prescribed guidelines, coordinating with Opus business unit leaders.
- Actively monitor the security of information systems, data, communication lines, and equipment (on-prem and cloud).
- Work to ensure resources are allocated and used efficiently and effectively to meet department and corporate goals, achieve high performance, and deliver on commitments.
- Support development of data management services in conjunction with key business development and technical personnel.
