ClearDefense Pest Control is BOOMING, and we are very excited to be looking for additional phenomenal staff to JOIN OUR CUSTOMER-SERVICE TEAM! 

This position has a VERY STRONG FOCUS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT! We rely on our termite program manager to build long-term relationships with our customers and to help expand our termite program. 

This position is ideal for sharp, motivated, and career-oriented individuals. We are looking to add another upbeat and positive person to the team.

Responsibilities of a termite program manager:

• Interact with customers respectfully via phone calls, texts, emails, and in-person 
• Sell pest-control and termite services to new customers (inside and outside sales) 
• Perform termite hybrid treatments and installations 
• Perform termite curative treatments 
• Perform termite inspections and provide accurate pricing to customers 
• Program expansion through direct sales and outside consultations 
• Assist with office tasks and termite scheduling 

Requirements of a termite program manager:

• Organized and able to prioritize a diverse workload 
• Meticulous attention to detail 
• Extraordinary customer-service abilities 
• Proper phone, text, email, and in-person etiquette 
• Able to learn quickly with a positive attitude 
• Willing to work occasional overtime hours 
• Ability to manage and expand the termite program 
• Professional appearance and customer interaction 
• Knowledge and use of power tools (some construction background is ideal) 
• Ability to work in crawl spaces, outdoors in all weather conditions, and able to lift 50 lbs. 
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR 
• Must be able to pass a drug test 
• Must be 21-years of age 
• Certifications and license are a plus

Our termite program manager will need, above all, a mastery of our company’s services and systems. This knowledge will be acquired through extensive training and coaching. This position will begin as a regular route technician and will progress to the termite-manager position once all training has been met and it is determined that the candidate is an excellent fit for the role.
