Network Control Center Manager manages the daily activities of a network service function to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure operations that meet users' needs. Directs testing, configuration changes, or upgrades to network hardware or software. Being a Network Control Center Manager oversees monitoring of the network traffic and performance to identify and troubleshoot any issues. Leads incident response and implements standard incident management processes, including root cause analysis (RCA) of any issues to identify and deploy corrective actions. Summary of Duties
The Technical Solutions Specialist is responsible for working within the Sales and Service Departments to assist with sales to deliver an excellent customer experience. This role has day-to-day responsibilities working with the sales department during customer meetings to identify business needs/problems and create technical solutions. The TSS is the subject matter expert to design, quote, and scope project for delivery to customer. The TSS may also present and explain solution designs or recommendations to the customer. The TSS will work closely with all departments to facilitate accurate, timely and detailed proposals.
