Network Control Center Supervisor supervises network control technicians in the daily activities of a network service function to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure operations that meet users' needs. Oversees routine testing, configuration changes, or network hardware or software upgrades. Being a Network Control Center Supervisor ensures network traffic and performance monitoring processes are running to identify and troubleshoot any issues. Responds to incidents using standard incident management processes, including root cause analysis (RCA) of any issues to identify and deploy corrective actions. Duties

- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for testing electrical circuits and components.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance issues before they escalate.
Experience
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or facilities management is essential.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC operations, and high voltage equipment is required.
- Familiarity with project management principles to oversee maintenance projects effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Experience working with logic controllers and interpreting technical schematics is preferred.
