Job Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities within the facility to ensure optimal operation of all equipment and systems. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team of maintenance technicians, prioritize tasks, and implement effective maintenance strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of industrial maintenance practices, electrical systems, HVAC, and facilities management.

Duties
- Supervise and lead the maintenance team in daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair high voltage systems, logic controllers, and other electrical components as needed.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues and guide repair processes effectively.
- Manage projects related to facility upgrades or repairs, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for testing electrical circuits and components.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance issues before they escalate.

Experience
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or facilities management is essential.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC operations, and high voltage equipment is required.
- Familiarity with project management principles to oversee maintenance projects effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Experience working with logic controllers and interpreting technical schematics is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.80 per hour
