Job Overview:

Join our team as a Pest Control Technician and help protect our customers' homes and businesses from unwanted pests. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, and implementing effective pest control solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to determine the presence of pests
- Develop and implement pest control treatment plans based on inspection findings
- Apply pesticides in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations
- Install pest control devices and recommend exclusion techniques to prevent future infestations
- Communicate with customers to explain treatment plans and provide recommendations for ongoing pest management
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Skills:

- Experience with power tools and hand tools for pest control applications
- Strong understanding of pest control methods and techniques
- Sales skills to effectively communicate treatment plans to customers
- Familiarity with lawn care practices for outdoor pest management
- Background in farming, landscaping, or related fields is beneficial
- Proficiency in driving to travel between service locations
