Network Operations Manager manages the daily operations of the organization's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, and services, to ensure it meets the organization's performance objectives. Implements policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimize downtime, and support efficient operations. Being a Network Operations Manager provides network administrators and technicians with training in the best practices and technologies. Ensures logging and documentation of daily network operations incidents and changes. Additionally, Network Operations Manager leads troubleshooting and resolution of routine network issues and conducts root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrences and identify potential technological, training, or process improvements. Automates routine tasks using scripting or basic programs. Advises on budget expenditures to ensure required tools and equipment are procured and maintained. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Job Summary:
Monitors operations to ensure and verify compliance of established procedures pertaining to food safety, quality and customer specifications during the manufacturing process of our products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Education and Experience:
Food manufacturing experience highly preferred. The candidate must be dependable, detail-oriented, able to follow directions, able to work under minimal supervision, and record data neatly and accurately. The candidate must be willing to work weekends and overtime hours.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the public.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software, Outlook, and Internet software.

This job operates in a manufacturing environment and occasionally in an office setting. Extended periods of standing while walking the production floor and occasional period of sitting using a computer or other devices are common.
