    Position is located at 5201 Village Parkway in Rogers, Arkansas.

    Position is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with ability to work additional hours as needed.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior project management training and experience with project management software and tools preferred

    • Arvest experience preferred

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred

    • 2 years communications, marketing or human resources experience or a combination, preferred

    Summary:

    SUMMARY: With minimal guidance and direction, the Division Project Planning Analyst is responsible for support, analysis and reporting of the project management process.The incumbent serves as a liaison between business units and project stakeholders. The primary role is to organize, schedule and facilitate completion of projects, while also influencing project leaders throughout the division and company.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following functions are supervised and/or performed by the associate. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Under minimal guidance, leverage project management standards to influence division leadership to operate under a foundation of structured project management principles.
    • Direct the project team to collect requirements, define project scope, and determine project schedule.
    • Lead the project team to execute the project plan, coordinate tasks, testing, training and communication to reach on-time completion of assigned projects. Facilitate meetings and document project status utilizing meeting notes and the project schedule.
    • Develop and maintain an enterprise project tracking document for the division to be utilized by senior leadership for resource capacity planning and monitoring.
    • Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables. Monitor team progress on the project schedule and report variances to manager and project steering committee on variances of, or risks assessed on, the project scope, cost and timeline.
    • Ensure the project governance, controls and documentation maintained by the teams meet standards to demonstrate effective control, including establishing and maintaining audits of the Project Management Process.
    • Mentor project team members and others who may be managing projects in functional areas in the use of project tools and templates
    • Write clear and concise policies and procedures while maintaining the project process, user documentation and history.
    • Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

    • Associate’s Degree in business, finance or related field or related work experience required.
    • 4 years’ banking/finance or project coordination/management experience, or combination, required.
    • Excellent problem solving, analytical, logical thinking and research skills required.
    • Excellent organizational skills required.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
    • Prior experience with project management software and tools preferred
    • Arvest experience preferred.
