As a Planning and Customer Service Manager, you will communicate with OEM, Tier1, and Tier2 customers to understand business needs and plan and organize tasks to serve customers.
You will also investigate, identify the root cause, and establish corrective actions to ensure future success.
Work with the Supply Chain Manager to establish and monitor department goals and objectives
When goals / objectives are not being met, investigate, identify the root cause, and establish corrective actions to ensure future success
Apply experience and knowledge related to the essential functions of Planning, Procurement, and Customer Service to improve the overall service, efficiency, and effectiveness in these areas to meet business needs
Coordinate production planning and procurement of materials to enable seamless manufacturing of products that meet the business and customer’s needs.
To apply for this Planning and Customer Service Manager position, you will require :
A Bachelor's Degree and 5 to 7 years of experience in a related Customer Service or Planning position in a manufacturing company
Successfully complete a 90-day probationary period
3 to 5 years of supervisory experience
Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Organized and attentive to detail
