:

• Supervise the day-to-day service provided to the client and ensure service is of the highest standard
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with client and employees, and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff
• Meet regularly with client to address problems, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure satisfaction
• Participate in the selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the account
• Ensure 100% payroll and billing accuracy
• Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in assigned account
• Respond to situation quickly
• Ability to read and write detail reports
• Enforce client procedures, regulation and standards
• Supervise 14 Armed security officers
• Coordinate weekly and monthly supervisors meetings

• Arkansas security license or ability to obtain one
• Prior law enforcement, military or armed security experience is preferred
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
• Valid driver's license and cleaning driving along with reliable transportation
• Availability for additional coverage at client accounts when needed
• Demonstrate a stable work history
• At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements

• Pass an extensive screening process
• Possess at least an associate's degree
• Minimum 2 years of progressive management experience preferably in security
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
