The IDD Community Services Program Manager is responsible for the coordination and proper implementation of all waiver services as defined by the Texas Department of Health & Human Services, IDD Division. Specific job duties include but are not limited to: employee hiring, monitoring, scheduling, time management, reviewing performance, reviewing consumer, family and guardian satisfaction, monitoring of services provided to assure programs are in continuous compliance with HCS, TxHmL, and general revenue rules and guidelines, assisting with encounter data, electronic visit verification and billing. Additional duties include: directing and supervising Community Support services provided through IDD General Revenue services. The goal of the IDD Community Services Program Manager is to assist each person enrolled to achieve and realize personal outcomes and become as independent as possible.
