Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

The UPS Store Network Operations Associate monitors and responds to events in multiple environments relating to the implementation of the Next Gen Firewall gateway device installed. Responsible for Production Control, troubleshooting, and resolving network related incidents. He/She/They make to outgoing calls to stores and supports teams to assist with resolving incidents and events. This position implements standard procedures and manages incidents on the Production Control consoles. He/She/They maintains knowledge of critical applications, batch processing, and error recovery procedures. This position supports daily operational procedures to maintain 24x7 environment service levels. He/She/They interprets computer generated messages, determines appropriate actions, and follows standard procedures. This position performs basic software distributions to improve system performance and to update programs. He/She/They implements production system schedules changes to successfully complete and adhere to the change control guidelines. This position delivers internal and external customer support and interacts with vendors to resolve issues.

WAGE TRANSPARENCY INFO:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic
markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.20/hour to
$42.60/hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to,
market location and may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills,
and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants
may be eligible for annual short term and/or long term incentive
compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments
under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon
a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance,
business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This position is eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan.
This position is eligible for a bonus based on company performance.
