    PREGNANCY SERVICES DIRECTOR

    The Pregnancy Services Director, under the direction of the COO, is responsible for all direct clinical services provided to the Colorado Springs Pregnancy Center (CSPC) patients. This management level position ensures adherence to best practices, policies, and procedures, including HIPPA and AAAHC standards are implemented and followed. This position oversees the training of all direct personnel and advocates to ensure appropriate and compassionate care for our patients.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provides direction for short- and long-term goals and strategies for pregnancy services team
    • Supervises the medical team through the direction of the nurse manager
    • Supervises pregnancy services staff and advocates through the assistant directors for all locations
    • Ensures all client interactions are of the highest standard and reflect our core values
    • Oversees the research and approval process for referrals and resources offered to our patients/clients
    • Provides direction for ongoing training and in-services for staff and patient advocates
    • Prepares reports including statistics and updates for executive level meetings
    • Familiar and articulate with current laws and legislation in the state of Colorado that affect pregnancy centers to assure compliance with laws
    • Directs the maintenance and appropriation of pregnancy services budget
    • Provides oversight of content and design for on-boarding patient advocate training
    • Manages pregnancy services reporting and membership to national pro-life organizations (NIFLA, CareNet, Heartbeat International)
    • Manages administrative role for pregnancy services software and database systems (WayCool, AFTIS, etc.)
    • Represents the pregnancy services department on a high-profile level by occasional public speaking and participating in a variety of public venues
    • Serves as an advocate to high-risk patients and other situations as needed
    • Participation by all staff is required at Life Network's major events

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's degree preferably in social work or healthcare and/or combination of formal education, training, and experience to acquire equivalent knowledge and skills
    • Business administration
    • Experience in non-profit related sector
    • Experience specifically in pregnancy centers a plus

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Strong advocate for sanctity of life issues
    • Possesses Christian testimony with evidence of Christian maturity in personal and professional life
    • Active commitment in a local church
    • A passion for the ministry accomplished through Life Network and a heart for reaching the lost of our community/world with the Gospel
    • Excellent supervisory skills to lead staff and advocates at multiple locations in a medical setting
    • Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple databases and programs
    • Ability to effectively communicate and work well with individuals from all cultural and socio-economic backgrounds
    • Must be resourceful, well organized, highly detailed, and able to effectively multi-task
    • Quick learner, able to problem solve, and make decisions confidently
    • Ability to inspire, teach, identify, and develop skill levels of others
    • Comprehensive knowledge of the pro-life movement and ministry to women in unplanned pregnancy, with an ability to clearly communicate all facets of the ministry

    CLASSIFICATION

    Full-time, exempt position at 40 hours per week. Salary range: $47,500 - $60,500. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday with one evening a week. Reports to Chief Operating Officer.

    Benefit package includes paid time off, holiday pay, medical, dental, vision, life Insurance, retirement IRA plan match, plus annual bonus opportunity.
